The Summertime Savings Account is designed for school employees who are paid on a 10- 11 month (less than 12) schedule or school employees wishing to save for the summer months.
Both Certificated and Classified employees are eligible.
Summertime Savings Account Features:
- No monthly fee
- Higher dividends than regular savings based on rate schedule
- Penalty-free withdrawals
Requirements:
- $25 minimum opening deposit
- $50 minimum electronic monthly deposit
- $2,500 maximum monthly deposit
- Account can be opened any time throughout the year
- Two withdrawals or transfers per annual term are allowed
