What do I need to use Online Banking?
Internet access, a web browser (Internet Explorer 8, Firefox 8, Chrome 16, Safari 5), an active account with GASCU, and a valid email address on file with the credit union.
Do I need to enroll?
Yes, enrolling on Online Banking is necessary, even if you had registered with our previous online banking website. Simply click the “New User?” link on our new Online Banking Login tab and follow the prompts that walk you through the process.
Can the joint on my account use Online Banking?
Yes, joint owners can access the account the same way you do. If your joint has their own account with the credit union where they are listed primary once enrolled, they will be able to toggle to all accounts their Social Security appears. If your joint does not have their own account, you must give your joint your user name and password for access.
What do I do if I forget my User name?
You can click on “Forgot Username?” to have the Username emailed to you.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can click on “Forgot Password?” to have a temporary password emailed to you.
What if I do not know my account number or have difficulty enrolling?

Will I need to reenter my Bill Pay information?
No, your bill pay information was converted over. However, to ensure accuracy you will need to verify payee information converted over correctly. Verify name, address, payment and scheduled due date.
